Details:

We’re upgrading Cisco 3850 switches to new Cisco 9300 models to improve performance, reliability, and support. Network access will be unavailable during the maintenance window as hardware is replaced and tested.

What to Do:

- Save work and disconnect before 10:00 PM.
- After 1:00 AM, reconnect to the network.
- If issues persist, restart your device or contact IT Support.

Normal service will resume once the upgrade is complete.
