The IT status page provides an overview of current service status messages and scheduled maintenance for major Sheridan College systems and services. Please scroll down to see details of upcoming scheduled maintenance as well as historical information on previous incidents.

We recommend that you sign up to receive push notifications of service outages. Click on the "Subscribe to Updates" button at the top of this page and select the method(s) by which you want to receive system status updates. For e-mail notifications, we recommend using a non-Sheridan email address so that you will still receive notifications in the event there is an outage that prevents access to your email services.

Scheduled - As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a secure and reliable service to our Sheridan community, we will be conducting maintenance on our network infrastructure. This work is necessary to enhance performance and ensure continued stability. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve your experience.

Impact:
Services impacted by this maintenance are highly redundant, however in case out an unexpected outage there may be momentary gaps in wireless authentication, VPN authentication, DNS resolution, and establishing a DHCP lease.

Updates:
We will provide updates here throughout the maintenance window and notify you once the work is complete.
