As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a secure and reliable service to our Sheridan community, we will be upgrading our campus firewalls. This work is necessary to enhance performance and ensure continued stability. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve your experience.
Impact: There will be brief intermittent disruptions to Internet and VPN during the upgrades. This will apply to all campuses.
Actions Required: If VPN sessions are impacted, reconnecting to VPN may be required.
Updates: We will provide updates here throughout the maintenance window and notify you once the work is complete.
Reporting Issues: If the scheduled maintenance has been completed and you are experiencing issues with connecting to the Sheridan network, please free to reach out for support at the IT Service Desk.
